Jan Carrie Steven has has a life-long love of books, coffee, arts and crafts, and having a cat around.
Now, she has all four in a new business she just launched Oct. 10 -- Small Things -- in the South Side Business Centre at 1375 Regent St.
There's arts and crafts made by local artists for sale, Old Rock coffee, fudge by the Northwest Fudge Factory in Levack to enjoy, both used and new books for sale and a friendly "store cat" named Kumquat.
"This is a definite labour of love," said Steven.
